To know the best about me you simply need to meet my wife and daughters. Tamara is my hero and my daughters bring me more happiness than anything else I could possibly imagine. I love living in Bend, taking our girls hiking, reading anything of historical value, and watching Seinfeld reruns on Monday nights with some of our friends.

What I like most about Antioch Church: The people… they’ve become family and there’s no group I look forward to spending time with more.

Family stats: I have a wife, Tamara, three daughters (Mary Joy age 6, Esther age 4, and Sara age 2), and a poodle named Peaches.

Education: Masters in Philosophy, Masters in Biblical Studies, B.S. in Engineering

How I became a Christian? I was a 22 year old student at Clemson University and decided to look into what I thought about the whole “God question.”

Favorite Memories: Visiting the Reformation Museum in Wittenberg, Germany; going wine tasting with my wife on our first anniversary; seeing The Allman Brothers Band live in the fall of 92'

Favorite movie: Enchanted, Free Willy and The Sound of Music

Favorite music: Jack Johnson and David Gray

Most powerful book I’ve ever read (besides the Bible) and why: “Fear and Trembling” by Soren Kierkegaard. It taught me about faith…

I would love to meet: C.S. Lewis (in Heaven of course)
