After a year of meeting monthly, we had a “Birthday Party” for Antioch on September 17th as a way of celebrating the beginning of weekly meetings. 

Fred and Shaun Kent, along with their sister Shalonda McColm, led us in a time of worship and song.  Ken talked about how everyone now involved would always be a part of the story of Antioch – a part of its beginning.  He also talked about his excitement that we as a church now get a fresh start at keeping things authentic and focused on God.

We followed the meeting up with desserts prepared by Kim Hobbs, our in-house culinary student.

Everyone showed their excitement for the “beginning” of things by staying long into the night talking to old friends and meeting new people.
