Originally from Kansas, I moved to Bend with my husband Andy in May of 2008. We visited Antioch our first Sunday in town and immediately felt like it was home. I ended up coming on staff part-time about a month later to do children's and general administrative work. I thought it would be a nice low-key job while we were getting settled and enjoying our first summer here in Bend. I found out very quickly though, that of all the words that could possibly describe Antioch Church, "low-key" is definitely not one of them! This was however a pleasant surprise as the fast paced, rapidly changing atmosphere is due entirely to the Lord being at work in our midst and truly growing His church, and I am excited to be a part of that.

If you could do anything, what would it be?

What areas of Antioch are you most excited about?
It is so exciting to be a part of a church community where the leadership and those that attend are interested in actually "being the church" out in the world. People who get involved in the community and really live out their faith.

Pastimes or hobbies: Mountain biking, skiing, thrift store scavenging then selling stuff on eBay.
