Antioch Church is filled with talented, gifted and passionate people and until now the church has had a hard time figuring out how to use each of you according to your unique gifts and abilities. The PLACE process has been created to solve this problem.

This 3 week course is intended for those who are serious about getting involved in service, either inside the church, outside the church, or both. The course will take you through an overview of what "ministry" is, why we should all have a place of ministry, and where you are best suited to be in ministry. PLACE will help you discover your Personality, Likes, Abilities, Calling and Experiences (including a DISC personality test), and then help you choose a place of ministry that suits you. If there is not currently an opportunity for involvement within Antioch that suits your unique ministry calling, we will work with you to either create one or help you find a place that does.
